RICS Client Money Protection Scheme

As a RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Regulated practice, clients of Southdown Estates benefit from the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme (CMPS). Where a firm is registered with the Scheme, protection is afforded to the client in the event of a member firm being unable to repay a client’s money (up to the limits of the scheme rules).
